All elements of the site www.stigmi.eu, including texts, presentations, illustrations, photographs, trees and formatting are, except public documents and additional details, the exclusive intellectual property of Stigmi or its partners. As such, their representations, reproductions, interleaves, diffusions and reruns, partial or total, are prohibited in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 122-4 of the Code of Intellectual Property. Anyone proceeding without being able to justify a prior and express authorization of the holder of these rights incurs the penalties relating to the offense of counterfeiting provided for in Articles L. 335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property. In any case, on any authorized copy of all or part of the content of the site, must be marked “Copyright Stigmi all rights reserved”.
The conditions of use of the site www.stigmi.eu are governed, interpreted and applied under French law. Only French courts will be competent to hear any disputes relating to these Terms of Use and their implementation, including their validity, interpretation, performance, termination and consequences.
